Sessions are $250 for a 50-minute appointment.

Yes. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available. Please schedule a free consultation to discuss current availability.

Can a parent or partner pay for my therapy?

Yes. You may add a credit or debit card to your secure client portal, including a card belonging to a parent or partner. The card on file will be charged automatically after each session and can be updated at any time.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursem

Working outside of insurance allows therapy to remain private, flexible, and tailored to your needs. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and may limit the number or length of sessions. As an out-of-network provider, Iā€™m able to focus fully on your care rather than insurance requirements. Superbills are available for possible reimbursement.
